Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ai158z Inc. ("ai158z", "we", "us") governing your use of ai158z.com, repryntt.com, and the hosted services behind them (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Services

ai158z provides software and hosted services for running AI agents and AI-operated business workflows, including the repryntt platform. The open-source repryntt runtime is licensed separately under its own open-source license; these Terms govern the hosted, paid Services.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

4. Your keys and connected accounts

The Services can operate using API keys and accounts you connect (LLM providers, GitHub, Stripe, email, and similar — "BYOK credentials"). You remain the owner of those accounts and are responsible for the fees they incur with their respective providers. We store BYOK credentials encrypted, use them only to execute work you request, and never for any other purpose. You can disconnect them at any time.

5. AI-generated work and autonomy

The Services produce AI-generated output and can, when you enable it, take real-world actions on your behalf (sending email, deploying sites, creating payment links). You are responsible for reviewing and supervising this work, for the businesses and content you operate with it, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. AI output can be wrong; approval controls, spend caps, and stop controls are provided and you are responsible for using them appropriately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• ·break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content designed to deceive or defraud
• ·send spam or unsolicited communications
• ·probe, disrupt, or overload the Services or other customers' workloads
• ·resell the Services except under an agreement with us that permits it

7. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the prices shown at purchase. Plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

8. Your content and our IP

You own the content you provide and the output the Services generate for you, including the businesses, sites, and deliverables your AI workforce produces. We own the Services themselves — the software, brand, and site content. The open-source runtime remains governed by its open-source license.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or achieve any particular result, including any revenue outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai158z will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold ai158z harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or the businesses you operate using the Services.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, to protect the Services or other customers, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ai158z Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders of significant changes; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
