Who we are

ai158z Inc. ("ai158z", "we", "us") operates ai158z.com, repryntt.com, and the hosted services behind them (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Services:

• ·Account information — when you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and basic profile details on our behalf.
• ·Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your subscription tier, status, and billing history.
• ·Contact and waitlist submissions — if you write to us or join a list, we keep your email address and message so we can respond.
• ·Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) credentials — if you connect API keys (LLM providers, GitHub, Stripe, and similar) to run workloads, they are stored encrypted, used only to execute the work you request, and never used for any other purpose. You can remove them at any time.
• ·Service usage data — logs and usage events (builds run, features used, errors) that we need to operate, secure, and bill the Services.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Services, process payments, respond to you, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your workloads to train models.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the Services. Each receives only what it needs:

• ·Clerk — authentication and account management
• ·Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• ·Vercel — website hosting
• ·DigitalOcean — cloud infrastructure for hosted services
• ·Resend — transactional and contact email

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or a company workspace, the associated data is deleted from our systems; residual copies in backups roll off on a fixed schedule. Usage records needed for billing and legal compliance are retained as required.

Security

We isolate each customer's workloads and credentials from every other customer's, encrypt sensitive data in transit and at rest, and restrict internal access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we respond to every verified request.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
