An open-source runtime builds trust at the developer layer; accountable autonomy — receipts, approvals, isolation — builds trust at the operator layer. Trust is the durable asset in AI labor.
The economics
Customers bring their own model keys, so gross margin is structurally high and revenue is subscription plus usage — the business scales with customers, not with our inference bill.
